案例: 設計工程公司

陳先生經營一間中、小型設計工程公司,一直以來他都是使用較傳統的項目管理模式。傳統的項目管理功能較單一,主要側重在項目工期,功能欠缺廣泛性,未能提升管理項目的效率。

 

正因如此,陳先生從數碼媒體中得知我們公司,透過我們申請了科技券計劃,建立完善的項目管理。陳先生希望透過新的系統使工程的項目管理更規模。新開發的管理系統對於項目的進度、質量、成本、風險上都有更完善的管理方式。除了可以添加項目,其開始和預期完成日期,該系統還會把所有項目的進度記錄起來,讓進度一目了然。這樣就能隨時掌握項目的情況,有更好的管理。與此同時,系統能為每項項目的付款作整合,提供製作項目報表功能,對項目有更全面,更多元化的管理,使整體公司的營運效率大幅提高以及統一管理公司項目。

Mr. Chan runs a small and medium-sized design and engineering company and has been using a more traditional project management model. The traditional project management is relatively narrow. It mainly focuses on project duration which fails to improve the efficiency of project management.

 

Mr. Chan got information from digital media that we provide TVP consultations to develop a project management system. It is hoped that the new system can develop a more scalable project structure. There will be a better management in the progress, quality, cost and risk of the project. Apart from adding new projects, start and expected completion dates, the system can also record the progress of all projects so that progress can be seen at a glance. Mr. Chan can therefore keep an eye on the project status and have better management. At the same time, the system can integrate the payment record of each project to generate project reports and have a more comprehensive and diversified project management. It greatly improves the overall company’s operating efficiency.
